[00:00:04] Welcome once again, and thank you for being here. I'm your host, Nic Ryan. Tonight's episode is brought to you by my newest supporters, Cynthia, Paul, and Songbringer. Thank you so much for your amazing generosity.
[00:00:50] Our first experience of the night comes to us from T, and T's experience is called Poltergeist or Spirit of the Past Tenet.
[00:01:02] T says,
[00:01:03] Hey, Nic. I have had many paranormal events throughout my life. However, right now I want to talk about my apartment. Things have been strange since we moved in. I'm not sure if whatever is here is the spirit of the past tenant or a poltergeist.
[00:01:19] I moved into this apartment in the summer of 2020, and the apartment has a cemetery literally right next door. I can look out my living room window and see the graves.
[00:01:28] I don't really think that has anything to do with it though, because I remember seeing Sylvia Brown say that graveyards aren't haunted, because spirits need energy, and there is no energy in a graveyard. However, that could be wrong, because there is an apartment complex full of human energy right next to it.
[00:01:47] For some backstory, I am a single mother. I have a preteen daughter and two teenage boys. After COVID, things were tough, and we ended up moving into this apartment, it being the only affordable place. It is a very small two-bedroom apartment. My kids share a room, and I have a room. However, I work nights, so my daughter really has my room, and the boys have the other.
[00:02:11] Anyway, when we first moved in, my furniture was in a storage unit until I could get help moving things in. With that being said, we all used one bedroom with two blow-up mattresses for the first night.
[00:02:21] On that first night, we were in the room, when my small dog left and went to the doorway of the second bedroom. He stood there in the dark and just stared into the corner of the room, like something was there. However, there was nothing there.
[00:02:36] Now, that could just be chalked up to being in a new place. However, my dog still does that to this day. Sometimes my bigger dog will stare at an area with wide eyes, and then wag her tail, and then walk away.
[00:02:49] I want to also add that since moving in, I could hear the cabinets in the kitchen slamming shut. However, I just always brushed it off as the neighbors, since we have thin walls.
[00:03:01] Anyhow, fast forward to last year around fall. After work, I came home, got ready for bed, and told my boys to take the dogs out for their morning walk.
[00:03:10] Since I was going to my room for bed, my daughter, who normally sleeps in my room when I'm working, went and laid on the sofa in the living room.
[00:03:18] The way the living room is set up, being that it's such a small apartment, you can see into the dining room and partially into the galley kitchen.
[00:03:26] So my boys get the dogs and take them out, and I hear them leave. Soon after, though, my daughter comes into my room, and she says something to me, like,
[00:03:36] Mom, this sounds crazy, but I think I just saw a bowl fly off the counter onto the floor.
[00:03:42] She was scared when she said this, but she was kind of confused looking, and she was somewhat laughing.
[00:03:48] Since I work nights, I have cameras in the dining room facing the kitchen, and also in the living room,
[00:03:53] so I got the tablet to look and see what was going on.
[00:03:57] I pulled up the video, which is motion activated, and I see two clips from during that time frame.
[00:04:03] In the first clip, my boys are seen getting the dogs and leaving out the door.
[00:04:07] Twenty seconds later, in the second clip, my daughter is seen entering the dining room or kitchen area,
[00:04:13] and she looks confused, and she's looking around.
[00:04:16] She then puts on her glasses and looks again.
[00:04:19] After that, she leaves to go and tell me what had happened.
[00:04:23] That's all I see when watching it for the first time.
[00:04:26] So, I tell my daughter that I don't see anything, but then I watch a couple more times, and I notice something strange.
[00:04:34] In the first clip, I look on top of my refrigerator and see the bowl that she claims flew onto the floor.
[00:04:40] It must be noted that on top of the fridge is some Tupperware-type bowls and pots, since my kitchen has limited storage.
[00:04:46] The bowl in question is up there.
[00:04:49] Well, in the second clip, the bowl is gone.
[00:04:53] Not only that, but everything on top of the fridge has been rearranged.
[00:04:56] You see, it was a bit messy at first, but in the second clip, it's neat and rearranged.
[00:05:02] At this point, I'm getting excited, and I'm yelling at my daughter and asking if she's messing with me.
[00:05:08] I say this a few times.
[00:05:10] Then, when my boys come in, I ask them as well, but they of course deny doing anything.
[00:05:16] Then, after re-watching the video, I notice something else.
[00:05:19] In the first video, I see a light on the back wall of the dining room slowly make its way into the kitchen.
[00:05:26] In the second clip, as my daughter is going into the dining room, that light leaves the kitchen and then goes back into the dining room in the same route as it entered before disappearing.
[00:05:35] I will email you the video.
[00:05:38] Next, not long after this incident, my daughter tells me that she had a dream of scary kids and a shadow figure staring at her.
[00:05:46] She then tells me that the same kids were also in the room where her brothers slept, staring at her brother, who is my middle child.
[00:05:54] He then tells me that he had the same dream of kids in his room that were staring at him.
[00:05:59] A while after that, my daughter tells me that she woke up in the middle of the night in my room and felt something tugging at her blanket.
[00:06:07] Then, her stuffed animal, she has the bed covered in them, fell onto the floor.
[00:06:12] Then she felt and saw the blanket being pulled off of her.
[00:06:16] She yanked the blanket back up and over her head, and she slept that way the rest of the night.
[00:06:22] Now, I may have these events slightly out of order, of which happened first.
[00:06:25] But next, I did a cleansing of the apartment with a white sage stick.
[00:06:29] I opened the windows and said a special prayer in which I welcomed only positive energy, and banishing all negative energy.
[00:06:37] After this, it was quiet for a while.
[00:06:40] Then one day, jokingly, I told my daughter basically that I wonder what would happen if it stayed,
[00:06:46] as the thrill of it was kind of exciting.
[00:06:48] I also joked that my daughter didn't believe in the spirit that was there.
[00:06:52] Not long after that, I came home from work, and my daughter tells me that she has a sore neck, and I asked her why.
[00:06:59] She tells me that she woke up in the middle of the night, and something pushed her head into her pillow hard by the neck,
[00:07:06] and now her neck was sore.
[00:07:08] I then scolded the entity.
[00:07:11] From that point on, it was just kind of the feeling of someone watching you,
[00:07:15] and whenever I go to the bathroom, I jokingly say,
[00:07:18] if you are here, please leave and give me privacy.
[00:07:23] A few weeks ago, I'm getting ready for work while also talking on the phone to my sister.
[00:07:27] Meanwhile, my oldest son is playing the Xbox.
[00:07:31] Suddenly, a water bottle on the dining room table is forcefully knocked to the ground.
[00:07:35] My son laughs and looks at me, and I'm like,
[00:07:38] what just happened?
[00:07:40] The air conditioner was off because I had just taken a shower,
[00:07:43] and I hate having it on because I get cold when I get out.
[00:07:46] The windows were all closed, and the ceiling fan was off.
[00:07:51] I have no explanation.
[00:07:53] Also, my dogs were next to me.
[00:07:56] I can also send you that video because, as I said,
[00:07:59] I have many cameras in my apartment.
[00:08:02] I am hoping that it's not a poltergeist,
[00:08:04] because I do not want it to go from seemingly non-harmful events
[00:08:08] to something more dangerous.
[00:08:10] Also, it seems to be mostly fascinated with my daughter, which terrifies me.
[00:08:14] On the other hand, I thought that maybe it was the spirit of the past tenant.
[00:08:19] I found out she was deceased when I kept getting her mail,
[00:08:22] and decided to find her to give it to her since the post office would do nothing.
[00:08:26] Her obituary was very vague online,
[00:08:29] and had no comments from loved ones.
[00:08:31] It only said that her arrangements were handled by such-and-such funeral home.
[00:08:35] I thought that it was sad that there was no formal writing in the obituary from loved ones,
[00:08:40] because she was close in age to me,
[00:08:42] and I saw pictures of her and her kids on social media.
[00:08:46] I don't know how she died, or if she died in the apartment.
[00:08:51] It would be interesting to get opinions from you and the listeners.
[00:08:56] Thank you for reading, and I have more stories to come.
[00:09:04] Our next experience of the night comes to us from Ains,
[00:09:08] and their experience is called
[00:09:10] Haunted House and Family Stories.
[00:09:14] Ains says,
[00:09:16] Hey Nick, I'm a new listener and I love the show.
[00:09:19] I wanted to share my experiences that I've had in the past years.
[00:09:23] I grew up in Washington in a small town a couple hours away from the city of Seattle.
[00:09:28] I wouldn't call myself a medium, but I've always been in tune with the paranormal,
[00:09:33] so feeling or seeing things that others couldn't has always been common for me.
[00:09:37] One of my earliest experiences that I can remember was a recurring event from the ages of 5 to maybe 11 or 12,
[00:09:45] and it would happen almost every night, multiple nights in a row, and then stop and start up again.
[00:09:51] To give you a visual, I had the second biggest bedroom in the two-story house.
[00:09:56] My brother's room was right next to mine, and my parents' room was parallel to my door.
[00:10:00] My room was in kind of a D-shape, with one long wall facing my room,
[00:10:05] and my bed was dead center of my room, right across from my door.
[00:10:10] Every night would go the same.
[00:10:12] My parents would put me to bed.
[00:10:14] I would fall asleep, and I would wake up a couple of hours later,
[00:10:17] and the rest of the house would be asleep.
[00:10:19] Every night I would open my eyes, and they would be pulled in the direction of my door.
[00:10:25] There was a figure.
[00:10:27] The figure was tall, so tall that he had to crouch to not hit his head on the ceiling.
[00:10:33] He stood there just off to the side of my door hinges,
[00:10:36] and although I couldn't see his face, I could tell that he was staring at me.
[00:10:40] He wore a top hat, like the ones that you would see people wear in old movies.
[00:10:45] He also wore a suit jacket, that went past the hip.
[00:10:49] I couldn't tell you much more because he basically blended into the darkness.
[00:10:53] He never moved.
[00:10:54] He never tried to make contact, but he would just stare.
[00:10:58] In some of my braver moments, I would grab my blankie and stuffed animal and creep past him,
[00:11:04] and the second that I was out the door, I would run down the hall to my parents' bedroom.
[00:11:08] This happened so often to the point that I was almost always sleeping in my parents' room.
[00:11:13] On nights that I wasn't brave enough,
[00:11:15] I would throw the covers over me and stack pillows and my stuffed animals on top,
[00:11:20] and curl up in a ball.
[00:11:22] Ever since I was probably around eleven, I haven't seen this tall figure.
[00:11:28] I would also like to include a detail about this story.
[00:11:31] The neighborhood I live in is large and spread out across the bottom of a mountain.
[00:11:36] On this hill we have a graveyard, and a small abandoned church and schoolhouse.
[00:11:41] I have seen services there before, but it's mostly abandoned.
[00:11:44] This is where I think my best friend's house gets its hauntings, and possibly mine as well.
[00:11:52] My second experience happened a couple of years ago around 2022.
[00:11:56] This experience scared me so much, the details are fresh in my mind, like it happened yesterday.
[00:12:03] I was checking on my younger brother to see if he was awake,
[00:12:06] as we would usually go downstairs late at night to get food from the kitchen and just hang out.
[00:12:11] After realizing that he was asleep, I closed his door, and I hesitated at the top of the stairs.
[00:12:17] I was directly across from my brother's room, shining my light,
[00:12:21] and wondering if I should just go downstairs by myself and brave it.
[00:12:25] I remember the time exactly.
[00:12:27] It was almost 11.30 p.m.
[00:12:31] Now, as a quick side note, my stairs are in a U-shape,
[00:12:34] having two small landings between the stairs, so I couldn't see the bottom.
[00:12:38] I could only see the first steps and the wall ahead of me.
[00:12:42] I had just made my decision to go down the stairs and stepped forward,
[00:12:46] when a noise which I can only describe as a full-grown adult
[00:12:49] jumping on the first step at the bottom of the stairs made me freeze.
[00:12:54] Seconds later, I heard the sound of someone running full speed up the stairs, right towards me.
[00:12:59] I panicked and ran toward my room, slamming the door shut, and my heart beating out of my chest.
[00:13:06] I held my door handle tight because the only thing going through my head at the time
[00:13:10] was that someone was in my house.
[00:13:13] I listened as the footsteps got to the top of the stairs,
[00:13:16] and then they stopped when the floor changed to carpet.
[00:13:19] I put my full force against the door in the irrational hope that my small structure
[00:13:24] could stop a full-grown adult.
[00:13:27] Minutes pass, and there was no sound of the floor creaking,
[00:13:30] which would have happened if there was someone upstairs.
[00:13:33] I open the door, and there's no one there.
[00:13:37] Very freaked out, I didn't go to bed until very early, in the morning.
[00:13:42] I told my mom about this a couple days later,
[00:13:44] and she told me that she had multiple similar experiences
[00:13:48] where she would be laying in bed
[00:13:49] and could feel the vibrations of someone walking up the stairs,
[00:13:53] and then just stopping at the top.
[00:13:56] My mom has since burned sage in our house multiple times.
[00:14:01] I've had other things happen as well,
[00:14:03] walking sounds around downstairs when everyone is asleep,
[00:14:06] and things falling over in the laundry room that shouldn't have been able to,
[00:14:10] like a plastic laundry basket that was empty
[00:14:13] and shoved up against a wall on the corner.
[00:14:16] The reason I decided to share my story
[00:14:18] was because of an experience I had just a couple days ago.
[00:14:22] I was home alone,
[00:14:23] and from my room,
[00:14:25] you could always hear cars come down the driveway,
[00:14:27] and the noise and vibrations of the garage door opening,
[00:14:30] and then closing.
[00:14:31] I was lying on my floor
[00:14:33] when I heard the sound of a car rolling down my road,
[00:14:36] and into my garage.
[00:14:37] I could also hear the opening and closing of my garage door.
[00:14:41] I also know I'm not crazy because my cat sat up
[00:14:44] and was looking around at the noise.
[00:14:47] So, I walked downstairs to greet my mom,
[00:14:50] but there was no one in the kitchen.
[00:14:52] I then walked into my garage,
[00:14:54] and there wasn't a car.
[00:14:57] I would also like to tell two short stories
[00:14:59] that come from my dad,
[00:15:00] who swears on his life that this was real,
[00:15:03] and he is actually a skeptic.
[00:15:05] The first is correlated to the tall man
[00:15:07] that I saw as a child,
[00:15:09] and this one stood out to me the most
[00:15:11] out of all the stories he's told me,
[00:15:12] because I have never told any of my family members
[00:15:15] about what I saw as a child.
[00:15:18] He said that when he was a child,
[00:15:19] he woke up in the middle of the night
[00:15:21] to a man standing at the end of his bed,
[00:15:23] and he wore a top hat,
[00:15:25] and the man then disappeared,
[00:15:28] right before his eyes.
[00:15:29] The second story took place in 2019.
[00:15:33] My dad was on his day off
[00:15:35] and completely alone.
[00:15:36] He was out on the porch in the early morning
[00:15:38] and was just enjoying the morning chill
[00:15:40] when he spotted a flying object,
[00:15:42] which was a couple hundred meters up in the air.
[00:15:45] It looked like a disc-shaped craft
[00:15:47] with three lights in the form of a triangle,
[00:15:50] and it moved silently and slowly in one straight line
[00:15:53] until it abruptly stopped in the air.
[00:15:55] Then from the position of the triangles,
[00:15:58] he was able to tell that it turned,
[00:16:00] and then it flew,
[00:16:02] out of sight.
[00:16:04] There have been other things
[00:16:05] that have happened at my friend's house,
[00:16:07] but this is quite long as it is.
[00:16:10] Thank you for everything that you do.
[00:16:12] I appreciate your entertainment,
[00:16:14] which gets me through my work shifts.
[00:16:17] Thank you for listening.

[00:16:57] after these brief messages.
[00:16:59] Our next experience of the night
[00:17:04] comes to us from Jen,
[00:17:06] and Jen's experience is called
[00:17:08] Just Wanted to Let You Know I'm Here
[00:17:11] A Workplace Ghost Story
[00:17:15] Jen says,
[00:17:16] Hello Nick and fellow researchers
[00:17:18] of the paranormal.
[00:17:20] I'm what I would call
[00:17:21] a skeptical believer.
[00:17:22] I believe in the possibility
[00:17:24] of most paranormal things,
[00:17:25] but I do try to debunk
[00:17:27] or find a possible logical reason
[00:17:28] for something happening first.
[00:17:30] However,
[00:17:31] I also grew up listening
[00:17:32] to Art Bell with my dad,
[00:17:34] and my mom had told us
[00:17:35] about her own ghost experience,
[00:17:37] as well as a UFO sighting
[00:17:38] that she could not explain.
[00:17:40] For this reason,
[00:17:41] I have only a small handful
[00:17:43] of personal experiences
[00:17:44] that I can't explain,
[00:17:46] and my very first
[00:17:47] true experience
[00:17:48] happened at work.
[00:17:50] I am a pharmacy technician,
[00:17:52] and as of October 2024,
[00:17:54] I have been working
[00:17:55] as a pharmacy technician
[00:17:56] for 28 years.
[00:17:58] I've been doing it
[00:17:59] since I was 16.
[00:18:00] Born and raised
[00:18:01] in Denver, Colorado,
[00:18:03] my first hospital job
[00:18:04] started in early 2004
[00:18:06] in Wheat Ridge,
[00:18:07] which is a north suburb
[00:18:08] of Denver.
[00:18:09] The pharmacy was located
[00:18:11] in the basement
[00:18:11] of the hospital,
[00:18:12] and just happened
[00:18:13] to be right across the way,
[00:18:15] from the morgue.
[00:18:17] When walking into the pharmacy,
[00:18:19] you walk all the way
[00:18:20] to the back,
[00:18:20] and you would see
[00:18:21] a little office area
[00:18:22] with two office desks.
[00:18:24] The desks were back-to-back
[00:18:25] with one desk
[00:18:26] getting to the corner.
[00:18:27] The other desk
[00:18:28] shared the wall,
[00:18:29] but had cubicle walls
[00:18:30] that made a U-shaped workspace.
[00:18:32] On the other side
[00:18:33] of the cubicle wall
[00:18:34] was a walkway
[00:18:35] about 2 feet wide
[00:18:36] and about 10 feet long
[00:18:38] that ran along the outside
[00:18:39] of the second desk.
[00:18:40] In the walkway
[00:18:42] lining the wall
[00:18:43] were mailboxes
[00:18:44] for everyone,
[00:18:45] and on the cubicle side
[00:18:46] there were usually notices,
[00:18:48] reminders,
[00:18:49] and other happenings
[00:18:50] that were fastened
[00:18:50] to the partition.
[00:18:52] If you walk through
[00:18:53] the walkway,
[00:18:54] it would take you
[00:18:54] to a break area
[00:18:55] for the employees.
[00:18:57] I had heard the stories
[00:18:59] of a shadow
[00:18:59] or ghost of some sort
[00:19:01] that apparently
[00:19:01] liked to hang out
[00:19:02] at the second desk
[00:19:03] or would even be spotted
[00:19:05] sitting in that chair.
[00:19:06] I didn't hear
[00:19:07] any other stories,
[00:19:08] and I kind of just
[00:19:09] chalked it up
[00:19:10] to being in the basement
[00:19:10] across from the morgue,
[00:19:12] as well as it being
[00:19:13] just a quiet area.
[00:19:15] I wasn't disbelieving
[00:19:16] the stories,
[00:19:17] but also keeping in mind
[00:19:18] that our minds
[00:19:19] play tricks on us, too,
[00:19:20] especially with
[00:19:21] the right atmosphere.
[00:19:23] Being a night person
[00:19:24] by nature,
[00:19:25] I quickly jumped
[00:19:26] at the chance
[00:19:26] to work evening shifts
[00:19:27] and finally graveyard shifts
[00:19:29] when they finally
[00:19:30] came around.
[00:19:31] Whenever walking
[00:19:32] through the walkway
[00:19:32] with our mailboxes,
[00:19:34] the papers tacked
[00:19:35] on the cubicle wall side
[00:19:36] would flutter.
[00:19:37] I had always assumed
[00:19:38] it was because of the breeze
[00:19:39] that I made
[00:19:40] when I walked by,
[00:19:41] and I never really
[00:19:42] thought much of it.
[00:19:44] Skip forward
[00:19:45] to about 2007
[00:19:46] or 2008.
[00:19:48] I'm not quite sure when,
[00:19:49] but I had been working
[00:19:50] there for three
[00:19:51] or four years.
[00:19:52] One night,
[00:19:53] around midnight,
[00:19:54] I was with a co-worker,
[00:19:55] and we were walking
[00:19:56] through the walkway
[00:19:57] together,
[00:19:57] and as usual,
[00:19:58] the paper fluttered
[00:19:59] and moved
[00:20:00] as we chatted
[00:20:00] and walked past.
[00:20:02] Then,
[00:20:03] my co-worker
[00:20:03] stopped mid-chat,
[00:20:04] and in a tone
[00:20:05] a little louder
[00:20:06] than we were talking,
[00:20:07] she kind of turned around
[00:20:09] and a little behind us,
[00:20:10] and she said,
[00:20:12] Okay,
[00:20:12] we know you're here.
[00:20:13] You can stop that now.
[00:20:15] Then,
[00:20:16] she continued walking
[00:20:17] and chatting
[00:20:17] like nothing had happened.
[00:20:19] Of course,
[00:20:20] the hair in my neck
[00:20:21] tried to stand at attention,
[00:20:22] and my skin was crawling.
[00:20:24] I never asked
[00:20:25] or talked to her
[00:20:26] about the incident
[00:20:27] until very recently,
[00:20:28] about 15 years later,
[00:20:30] and she says
[00:20:31] that she doesn't recall
[00:20:32] that evening.
[00:20:34] However,
[00:20:35] here's the catch.
[00:20:36] After that night,
[00:20:37] when I walked down
[00:20:38] that walkway,
[00:20:39] those papers and notes
[00:20:40] didn't flutter
[00:20:41] a single little flap,
[00:20:42] and after some time
[00:20:44] of this baffling me,
[00:20:45] I took it upon myself
[00:20:46] to try to debunk it.
[00:20:47] I walked back and forth
[00:20:49] so many times,
[00:20:50] close to the wall,
[00:20:51] far from the wall,
[00:20:52] or right down the middle,
[00:20:54] fast and slow,
[00:20:55] and different combinations.
[00:20:57] I continued to work there
[00:20:58] until 2014,
[00:21:00] and never ever
[00:21:01] did anything
[00:21:02] in that walkway
[00:21:03] ever flutter at me
[00:21:04] again.
[00:21:05] I did have a couple
[00:21:06] of small things
[00:21:07] happen there
[00:21:07] that I can't explain,
[00:21:09] but nothing
[00:21:10] to this magnitude.
[00:21:12] I do work
[00:21:13] at a hospital still
[00:21:14] that I would say
[00:21:15] is very active,
[00:21:16] but those stories
[00:21:17] might keep
[00:21:17] for another day.
[00:21:19] When I found
[00:21:19] your podcast,
[00:21:20] it really brought me
[00:21:21] back to the Art Bell days.
[00:21:23] I am currently
[00:21:24] on episode 35,
[00:21:26] and I am hoping
[00:21:26] to catch up soon.
[00:21:28] Thank you for your time,
[00:21:30] and maybe I can try
[00:21:31] to gather some more stories
[00:21:32] to send to you soon.
[00:21:35] Jen
[00:21:40] Our next experience
[00:21:41] of the night
[00:21:41] comes to us
[00:21:42] from Rico,
[00:21:43] and Rico's experience
[00:21:45] is called
[00:21:46] Shadow People.
[00:21:48] Greetings from Finland.
[00:21:50] I just found your podcast
[00:21:51] and was listening
[00:21:52] to your old episodes.
[00:21:53] I have a few stories
[00:21:54] that aren't really mine,
[00:21:55] but have happened
[00:21:56] to my family members.
[00:21:57] These all happened
[00:21:58] in the same house
[00:21:59] in the span
[00:22:00] of a few years.
[00:22:01] At the time,
[00:22:02] I was about 12 years old.
[00:22:05] This is my first story.
[00:22:08] My mother would wake up
[00:22:09] in the middle of the night
[00:22:10] to our dog barking
[00:22:11] in the laundry room.
[00:22:12] My mom went
[00:22:14] to go check it out.
[00:22:15] In the laundry room,
[00:22:16] there was a big window
[00:22:17] where you could see
[00:22:18] the dirt road
[00:22:18] that leads to our house
[00:22:19] and a garbage can
[00:22:20] in the end of our driveway.
[00:22:22] So,
[00:22:23] my mom looked
[00:22:24] through the window
[00:22:24] and saw some guy
[00:22:26] staring at our house
[00:22:27] beside the garbage can.
[00:22:28] There was a street lamp
[00:22:29] lighting up the guy,
[00:22:30] but it was pitch black.
[00:22:32] It was like a shadow.
[00:22:34] My mom looked away
[00:22:35] for a few seconds
[00:22:36] and the thing was gone.
[00:22:39] Story number two.
[00:22:41] We had one big closet
[00:22:42] that was empty,
[00:22:43] so we decided
[00:22:44] to make it into
[00:22:45] one more room.
[00:22:46] My younger brother
[00:22:47] was sleeping in there
[00:22:48] and one night
[00:22:49] out of nowhere,
[00:22:50] he starts crying
[00:22:51] and screaming.
[00:22:52] My mom went
[00:22:53] to go and check on him
[00:22:54] and my brother said
[00:22:55] that he saw a guy
[00:22:56] standing in the doorway.
[00:22:57] This happened
[00:22:58] a few times
[00:22:59] and after that,
[00:23:00] my brother couldn't
[00:23:01] sleep in there anymore
[00:23:02] and eventually,
[00:23:04] I moved into that room.
[00:23:05] In that room,
[00:23:06] I had trouble sleeping
[00:23:07] as well
[00:23:08] and I had nightmares
[00:23:09] almost every night.
[00:23:12] Story number three.
[00:23:14] Our whole family
[00:23:15] was outside
[00:23:16] having a barbecue
[00:23:17] and having fun
[00:23:18] when my mother
[00:23:19] told my brother
[00:23:19] to go and get something
[00:23:21] from the kitchen.
[00:23:22] My brother went inside
[00:23:23] and he saw big boots
[00:23:25] in the hallway.
[00:23:26] He thought nothing of it,
[00:23:27] but when he entered
[00:23:28] the kitchen,
[00:23:28] he saw muddy footprints
[00:23:30] on the floor.
[00:23:31] He then came back outside
[00:23:32] and he told all of us
[00:23:33] about it
[00:23:34] and we all went
[00:23:35] to go and check it out.
[00:23:36] However,
[00:23:37] when we all entered,
[00:23:38] there were no boots,
[00:23:39] but the footprints
[00:23:40] were still there.
[00:23:41] We saw no one go in
[00:23:43] or out besides my brother
[00:23:44] and none of our shoes
[00:23:46] matched
[00:23:46] with the footprints.
[00:23:48] We have talked about
[00:23:49] these events
[00:23:50] with our family.
[00:23:51] However,
[00:23:52] we have no answers.
[00:23:54] Best regards,
[00:23:56] Rico.
[00:24:01] I hope everyone
[00:24:02] enjoyed tonight's episode

[00:24:04] I'd like to thank

[00:24:07] Jen,
